925.10 PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORD IN COLOR.
   (a)    Before acceptance of any sanitary sewer line, a photographic record, at two-foot intervals in color, of the interior of the entire sewer system of the area being presented to the Village for acceptance must be deposited with the Municipal Engineer. This color photographic record must be made one year after construction of such sewers is completed.
   (b)    Failure to provide the color photographic record of the sewers shall cause Council to fail to accept the facility for operation and maintenance by the Village.
