925.08 PLAN APPROVAL.

Before the start of any construction, plans of the sanitary sewer system, prepared by a registered professional engineer, must be submitted to and approved by the Municipal Engineer and the Mayor; and prior to the start of construction, the approved original cloth tracings in ink shall be deposited with the Municipal Engineer.
