921.07 SEWER SYSTEM TO SERVE VILLAGE.

It is hereby declared to be the intent and policy of the Village of Richfield to limit the number of properties served by its sanitary sewer system by allowing such sanitary sewer system to serve only those properties which are located within the boundaries of the Village of Richfield. (Ord. 38-1989. Passed 7-5-89.)
