921.05 SEWER DISTRICT 3.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 727.44, a district is hereby established to be known as Sewer District No. 3. The description of such District is prepared by Finkbeiner, Pettis & Strout, Ltd., the Village’s Consulting Engineer as approved and such District is described in Exhibit A of Ordinance 33-2000. (Ord. 33-2000. Passed 4-4-00.)
