(a) The general plan for sanitary sewerage for Districts No. 1 and 2 heretofore reported to Council and now on file in the office of the Clerk be and the same hereby is approved and adopted by Council.
(b) The Clerk of Council is authorized and directed to certify the general plan as the general plan adopted by Council for Districts and to place the same on file in the office of the Clerk. (Ord. 83-1978. Passed 1-2-79.)
