911.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 45-1972. Passed 5-3-72.)
