727.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Richfield.

(b) Each day that an sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.
