727.21 INJUNCTION.

Any person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult motel in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Richfield.
