The license fees for each circus, carnival, sideshow, musical entertainment or other exhibition shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first day and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day thereafter; provided that such fees shall not amount to more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in any one week.
