701.01 LICENSES REQUIRED TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN TRADES, BUSINESSES OR PROFESSIONS.

No person shall engage in any of the trades, businesses or professions for which licenses are required by this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code, or by any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Director of Finance. (Ord. 15-1967. Passed 7-18-67.)
