545.21 UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF VILLAGE PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the Village unless duly authorized.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
