Every owner, agent or person in charge of a rental unit or structure shall be responsible for the maintenance thereof in good repair and safe condition in compliance with the requirements of this chapter, the Residential Building Code of Ohio, and the Property Maintenance Code contained in Chapter 1711 of the City Ordinances of Reynoldsburg. The owner shall also be responsible for maintaining in a safe and sanitary condition the shared or common areas of the premises. In addition to any requirements specified within this section of the codified ordinances, all applicable regulations provided for within the Codified Ordinances of the City of Reynoldsburg, shall apply and shall be subject to enforcement.
