No person shall fail to comply with any portion of an order issued by the Hearing Officer within thirty (30) days following service of the order or such period of time as the order provides, whichever is greater. Whoever violates this section is guilty of failure to comply with an order of the Hearing Officer, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
