1511.06 DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS IS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   The storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited except in the S-1 Special District and industrial zoning districts.
   (b)   New bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited except in the S-1 Special District and industrial zoning districts.
