975.03 PARTIAL PAYMENT.

Partial payments may be accepted. In accepting such partial payments, the balance owed shall be considered delinquent and the moneys paid shall be applied in the following order:

(a) Refuse;

(b) Storm water;

(e) Water/sewer; and

(d) Penalty.
