The stormwater service fee crediting mechanism has been developed with the purpose of providing, to stormwater customers, a mechanism to reduce the stormwater service fee in exchange for performing certain qualifying actions which either reduces the impact of stormwater runoff from their property or reduce the City's cost of providing stormwater management. This regulation sets forth these qualifying actions and resulting reductions in stormwater service fees.
