(a) Other Municipalities. Wherever the water system serves land which shall subsequently be incorporated into or annexed by a municipal corporation other than the City of Reynoldsburg, water service to the mains within such other corporation shall be discontinued after reasonable notice by the Public Service Director.
(b) Cross Connections. Wherever the system supplies water to premises which also have a private water system, no cross connection shall be maintained between the system and the private water supply. Any such premises shall be subjected to periodic inspection by the Service Director to ascertain whether or not such cross connections are or have been maintained and whether or not such cross connection could reasonably be expected to exist.
(c) System Fixtures. No person other than the Superintendent, his authorized agent or agents shall operate, manipulate or tamper with any fixture of the system. Violation of this regulation shall subject any person to loss of service.
