The funds received from the collection of sewer charges shall be deposited by the Auditor of the City and shall be kept by the Auditor in a separate and distinct fund known as the Sewage System Revenue Fund. This Fund shall be used for the payment of the costs of operation and maintenance of the sewage system, including replacements and repairs, and for the payment of the interest and principal of any debt incurred for the improvement; of the system in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance of Council authorizing such debt.
