781.14 GAMBLING DEVICES.

The Safety Director shall not issue a license or a registration to any exhibitor, person or entity for any machine, device or instrument without first having received a certificate from the Chief of Police that such machine, device or instrument is not in violation of any provision of Chapter 517 "Gambling" or as such chapter may hereafter be amended.
