781.10 LICENSE FOR ARCADE.

(a) Each amusement arcade shall be licensed and registered as such amusement arcade and a license and registration shall be required in addition to, and independent of, the license and registration required herein for individual coin-operated amusement devices.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
