757.08 EXCLUSIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to infrequent sales which are conducted as a yard or garage sale as defined in Chapter 751, at the residence of the seller or sales by religious or charitable organizations as defined in Section 517.01 (h) and (i) of the General Offenses Code.
