The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to withdraw any permit granted under the provisions of this chapter upon the occurrence of any one of the following, provided that the permit may be reinstated when the violation is corrected:
(a) Failure to maintain proper health and safety standards;
(b) Making improper installations of equipment, including electrical apparatus;
(c) Misrepresentation of the type of show;
(d) Creating a fire hazard;
(e) Repeated violations of ordinances of the City or statutes of the State;
(f) Failure to provide required insurance.
