721.04 INSPECTION OF PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT.

Before issuance of an exhibitor's permit, the Director of Public safety shall require satisfactory evidence that the show contains nothing repugnant to the public morals, health, peace, safety and welfare of the City. The Director shall be notified prior to the opening to make an inspection of the premises and equipment.
