The Public Safety Director may issue an exhibitor's permit to the sponsoring organization, committee or group or unsponsored individual exhibitor or group of exhibitors complying with the provisions of this chapter. The permit shall be exhibited at all times in a prominent location and produced on demand of a police officer or other person designated by the Director of Public Safety.
