513.12 COUNTERFEIT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly possess any counterfeit controlled substance.
   (b)   Whoever violates division (a) of this section shall be guilty of possession of counterfeit controlled substances, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
