509.08 INTERFERENCE WITH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall go upon any school property within the City and make or do any offensive act, utterance, gesture or display which tends to disrupt or interfere with educational classes or social and athletic activities then in progress.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
