155.02 QUALIFICATIONS.

The City Engineer shall be a licensed professional engineer in the State of Ohio in good standing, with a minimum of five years experience in the field of municipal engineering. The City Engineer should be well-organized and a self-starter, and have the ability to work well with government officials and the public.
