155.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

There is hereby established a Department of Engineering to be headed and directed by the Director of Engineering, hereinafter referred to as the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall be a qualified applicant appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of City Council, by a majority of its members. The City Engineer shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
