ORDINANCE NO. 13-04

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 71-03 PASSED SEPTEMBER 8, 2003

(Supplement to the Code of Ordinances for the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio)

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio completed the supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; and

WHEREAS, additional State Law changes have been made, and adjustments are needed in the Reynoldsburg Code;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

REYNOLDSBURG, OHIO:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance 71-03 passed September 8, 2003 that adopted the supplement to the Codified Ordinances for the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio is hereby amended to include the adjustments made by the American Legal Publishing Corporation.

SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon approval thereof by Council.
