   511.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Any person who violates Section 511.08 (immediate threats to health and welfare) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (c)   Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
