511.11 ABATEMENT ORDERS.

In lieu of or prior to an arrest or issuance of a citation for a violation of one or more sections of this chapter, the Police Chief or a law enforcement officer may issue an order requiring the immediate abatement of any source of sound alleged to be a violation of this chapter.
