511.07 IMMEDIATE THREATS TO HEALTH AND WELFARE.
   No person shall operate, cause to be operated or permit on public or private property any source of continuous and/or impulsive sound in such a manner as to create a sound level which exceeds the limits set forth in Table 2 or Table 3 when measured at a distance of fifty feet or fifteen meters or more from such source.
