351.17 PARKING PROHIBITED DURING SNOW REMOVAL.
   (a)   No person shall park any vehicle on any public street, highway, alley, or thoroughfare within the City at any time within twelve hours after a snowfall of two inches or more has occurred; provided, however, that the Mayor may order a parking ban on City streets for purposes of snow removal when a snowfall of less than two inches has occurred if he deems necessary.

   (b)   Signs indicating that the snow removal parking ban is in effect shall be posted along streets, highways, alleys, and thoroughfares of the City.
   (c)   The no parking signs provided for in subsection (b) hereof shall be removed following removal of the snow, the lifting of the parking ban or both.
   (d)   Vehicles found parked on public streets, highways, alleys and thoroughfares within the City during a snow removal or parking ban may be towed away by a commercial towing service. Cars so towed away for illegal parking shall be stored in a safe place and shall be restored to the owner and/or operator of such car upon payment of the towing fee and storage cost together with proof of payment of the illegal parking penalty hereinafter provided.
   (e)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined the sum of twenty-five and 00/100 dollars ($25.00). Such payment shall be made at the Reminderville Parking Bureau and upon payment, a receipt shall be issued for any sum received, and such money shall then promptly be turned over to the Fiscal Officer for deposit in the City funds.
