(a) The Road Commissioner is hereby directed to erect signs reading "No Parking This Side," on the West sides of all streets running in a general northerly - southerly direction within the City. In those subdivisions of the City commonly known as Aurora Shores, parking shall be permitted on the public streets and highways on the opposite side of the street of the fire hydrants. There shall be no parking permitted on the side of the street in which the fire hydrant is located. (Ord. 40-1979. Passed 9-11-79.)
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be subject to a waiverable fine of twenty-five and 00/100 dollars ($25.00); such payment shall be made at the Reminderville Parking Bureau and each day such violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
