Council hereby establishes and publishes a schedule of fines and costs for all offenses within the Traffic Violations Bureau. The Mayor is granted specific authority to amend such schedule of fines and costs for all offenses within the Traffic Violations Bureau at subsequent dates that may be necessary. The schedule shall be distributed to all law enforcement agencies operating within the jurisdiction of the court and shall be prominently displayed at a place in the Violations Bureau where fines are paid.
