   307.02 CLERK; SUPERVISION; DUTIES.
   (a)   The Clerk of the Traffic Violations Bureau shall be the Clerk of the Mayor's Court.
   (b)   The Violations Bureau and the Violations Clerk shall be under the direction and control of the Mayor.
   (c)   Fines and costs shall be paid to, receipted by and accounted for by the Violations Clerk.
