Council appointees shall maintain membership on this Committee for two (2) years following appointment and confirmation, except that the term of one of the Council members appointed in 2006 shall be for one year. The resident electors shall be appointed by the Mayor and upon confirmation by Council shall hold their positions for a period of two (2) years, except that the term of one of the resident members appointed in 2006 shall be for one year.
