   147.01 ESTABLISHMENT; DUTIES.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes a Treasury Investment Board consisting of the Mayor, Solicitor and Fiscal Officer.
   (b)   It shall be the duty of the Treasury Investment Board to order any investments deemed advisable from the inactive deposits of the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.57.
