146.04 DISPOSAL OF RECORDS.

When City records have been approved for disposal, a list of such records shall be sent to the Auditor for the State. If he disapproves of the action by the City Records Commission, in whole or in part, and after notice, the Commission within a period of sixty days these records shall not be destroyed.
