It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Human Resources/Insurance Committee to establish and maintain City personnel policies and procedures, employee compensation and benefits programs, and implement and maintain all other insurance policies as set forth or required by the City of Reminderville to ensure the health, safety and general welfare of the City and its employees.
