(a) The standard work period shall consist of eighty hours of work in a two week pay period. Work hours scheduled for each employee shall be as directed by the Chief. The standard work month shall consist of an average of 173.3 hours of work and the work year will consist of 2,080 hours of work.
(b) All full-time, non-exempt employees shall be compensated at a rate of one and one- half times the employee’s regular hourly rate for all hours actually worked in excess of eighty hours in a two week pay period. Any time worked in excess of their regular schedule must be approved by their supervisor.
