All persons subject to registration or registered under this Article shall comply with applicable provisions of the Code and report any change in contact information to the Department within 15 calendar days of the change. Registration information shall be deemed prima facie proof of the statements contained therein in any court proceeding or administrative enforcement proceeding in connection with the enforcement of this Article. Persons found in violation of this Article shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 14-2012. Passed 5-22-12.)
