131.01 ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY.
   (a)   Council hereby creates the position of Administrative Secretary of the City. The Administrative Secretary shall receive a salary at the rate of twelve and 60/100 dollars ($12.60) per hour for thirty (30) hours per week, payable bi-monthly.
   (b)   The Administrative Secretary shall have all benefits that are currently in effect within the City and any changes or modifications that may become effective after the position has been filled.
   (c)   Job Description.  
      (1)   The Mayor shall be responsible in setting the specific work of the Administrative Secretary.
      (2)   The Administrative Secretary shall be responsible to the Mayor for work in all Administrative Departments under the direction and supervision of the Mayor, including but not limited to the following:
         A.   Perform all clerical tasks.
         B.   Typing and filing for the various departments and officials of the City.
         C.   Answering all telephone calls to the Town Hall and directing the calls to the proper party or taking messages as the situation warrants during normal business hours.
         D.   Typing all correspondence, reports, records and permits as may be required by the office of the Mayor, Building Inspector or other officials as assigned by the Mayor.
         E.   Preparing and distributing agenda and minutes for the Architectural Board of Review; preparing, attending meetings of and distributing agenda and minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and any other meeting related to building and/or zoning as deemed necessary by Council, the Mayor or various committee members.
         F.   Distributing all mail to the Mayor, Council and other department heads.
         G.   Ordering all supplies necessary for the administrative offices of the City.
         H.   Performing office errands as may be directed by the Mayor.
         I.   Notifying all commission members, committee members and all others required by law to be notified with regard to the Zoning Board of Appeals, and Planning and Zoning Committee.
   (d)   Additional Duties. The Administrative Secretary shall also perform the duties of the Building Clerk and shall serve as a Tax Administrator of the City.
