   121.05 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP.
   (a)   All members on any and all committees of Council shall be registered voters residing in the City of Reminderville.
   (b)   A member of any such committee shall be removed therefrom when that member no longer is a registered voter residing in the City of Reminderville.
