121.02 COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION.
   (a)   There is hereby established a Web Site of Council. It shall be a nonpolitical informational Web Site. Each member of Council, the Mayor, Clerk of Council, Administrative Secretary, and the Administrative Assistant, as well as the Police Chief, all full-time police officers, the Solicitor/Prosecutor, Fire Chief, and Assistant Fire Chiefs shall have E-mail addresses for communication. Web pages will be provided for committee updates and information.
   (b)   The Mayor shall appoint a coordinator of the Web Site who will oversee and update Web Pages with the materials supplied to him by the Mayor, committee chairmen and City Administrators.
