1348.12 BOND.

If a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan or Abbreviated Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan is required by this regulation, then a performance and maintenance bond shall be posted according to the City of Reminderville Subdivision Regulations. No project will be released from Bond if there is failure to comply with an approved SWP3 and without cleanup and repair of damages.
