1527.01 PERMITS REQUIRED.

(a) A property owner, contractor, architect, subcontractor, mechanic, corporation or other entity shall obtain the permits required by this Chapter and pay the fees and deposits therefor to the City of Reminderville Building Department.

(b) The provisions of this Chapter shall be in addition to all other provisions, including fees for obtaining a building permit, required by any other Chapter of the Reminderville Codified Ordinances.
