(a) There shall be no storage of propane in excess of one hundred (100) pounds permitted in areas other than those zoned industrial. A permit shall be obtained from the Fire Department before any storage or use of propane is allowed in the City. An exception is allowed for twenty (20) pounds of propane for residential grills.
(b) Any propane-fired roofing equipment, regardless of size, shall be required to have a permit issued for it by the Reminderville Fire Department prior to work being commenced.
(c) Propane for industrial use shall be stored only in an approved manner and area.
(d) A permit is required for the storage and sale of filled propane tanks totaling under one hundred (100) pounds in areas zoned Commercial. The storage tanks shall be stored only in an approved manner and area.
