Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). For a second offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. For a third or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
