1355.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint stock company, unincorporated association, governmental entity, banking institution, or any other person or organization who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of a Telecommunication Right-of-Way Permit granted under this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
